Neil passed away at Cantabria Rest Home in Rotorua on 16th October 2025 in his 86th year.
Loved brother of Ngaire (dec), Merle (dec) and brother-in-law of Basil (dec) and Brian.
Very special Uncle of Ross & Wendy, Julie & Phillip, Megan & Paul, Nigel & Karen, Sally, Sandra, Jeremy & Arvind, Anne & Ollie and their families.
Neil’s life will be celebrated at St Mary’s Catholic Church, 40 Seddon Street, Rotorua on Friday, 7th November 2025 at 12pm.
The time has come for the sun to set on the life of a man who was loved and admired by many. R.I.P Neil

Finally hitting me that you're gone, dear Uncle Neil. Rotorua will feel empty to us without you there. The excitement of driving into Rotorua along the colourful lights of Fenton St, to driving to your house at the top of Utahina Rd and its million dollar views.
You were staunch when we were young, but so loving as we grew, and you welcomed each newcomer with open arms.
